Particularly for businesses trading under SPS regulations, it is important to be mindful of planned changes and milestones in 2023 and 2024. Most importantly, it should be expected that all SPS products categorized as “medium risk” will need a health certificate as of October 31st. 2023, whereas all products categorized as “low risk” will not require health certification.
