The Embassy’s processing time in visa cases is currently 45 days, when all required documentation has been provided as per the relevant checklist. We are aware of the inconvenience this may cause, but assure that we are working hard to bring down processing time for all applications.
All applicants for a Schengen visa for Denmark must book an appointment with VFS Global to submit their application. From 1 June 2024 walk-ins are no longer possible.
The case processing time is calculated from the day the Embassy register the application in the visa system, not from the time you apply online or submit the application at a VFS Global centre.
