Passport

Passport appointments must be booked online. You will be able to book, cancel and reschedule an appointment. If you are unable to come to the Embassy for your appointment, please make sure that you cancel it so that it can benefit another applicant.

Please note that the Embassy’s resources are under pressure. Hence, at peak periods you may experience long waiting times for appointments. It is sometimes possible to find an earlier appointment by checking the appointment system daily, as cancellations do occur.

Appointments cannot be booked by telephone through the Passport or Information Office.

You will need an appointment at the Passport Office to renew/ apply for a new passport. When using the system for the first time you will need to create a new user account via the link in the square, before you can make a booking. When you have booked the appointment a confirmation email will be sent to your email address (it will not be shown on the screen at the end of the booking).

To make an appointment please click here (appointments can be booked up to 3 weeks ahead).
