How do we create beautiful cities with a more resilient economy, healthier residents and a better quality of life for everyone?

Press release: Bristol hosts Danish-British urban planning summit

In 2015, Bristol took over from Copenhagen as the European Green Capital. As Bristol prepared to hand over the baton, we looked at ways that planners, architects, businesses and local communities can play their part in the development of a dynamic, liveable city.

The Danish Embassy in the UK invited businesses, politicians, professionals and
the general public to take part in talks, seminars and debates. We encouraged all
stakeholders to take part in this Danish-British dialogue, inspiring each other to find
new ways in which our cities can be made better places to live, work and play.
