The founder of the award winning architectural firm Dorte Mandrup Arkitekter will do a lecture this January at the Royal Institute of British Architecture.

Dorte Mandrup is normally found at her Copenhagen-based practice. She will speak about the 'hands on' approach to design that she uses in her firm and additionally her commitment to improving the culture of the architectural practice. Dorte Mandrup Arkitekter has taken part in multiple ambitious projects including the IKEA Hubhult and the multi-award winning Wadden Sea Centre. Additionally, Dorte Mandrup Arkitekter has designed The Whale, pictured above.

Following the lecture the audience will have the chance to ask questions.
