The Embassy of Denmark has appointed VF Services (UK) Ltd. as its outsourced partner for acceptance and processing of its visa applications. All visa applications (including residence and work permits for the Green Card Scheme and Family Reunification) will be accepted and processed by VF Services (UK) Ltd. through its dedicated Denmark Visa Application Centres in London, Manchester and Edinburgh.
The centre in London manages scheduling of appointments for submission of visa, Green Card and Family Reunification applications (appointment necessary). The centre in Manchester accepts 10 applications per day and Edinburgh operate on a walk-in basis (no appointment necessary). Visa, Green Card and Family Reunification applications must be submitted in person (including children).

The application form is GR1 Application for residence and work permit under the Green Card Scheme. Accompanying family members should complete form FA8 Application for residence and work permit for family members of a foreign national who is to work or study in Denmark.
1. 2 completed application forms GR1 . Both forms must be identical. Please provide your UK contact details: address, mobile telephone number and e-mail address.
2. Original passport. Please also provide old expired passports as proof of your legal residence in the UK during periods covering studies and/or work experience. 3. 4 passport photographs measuring 35 x 45 mm.
4. Original Documentation for all higher education (diplomas and transcripts). If you hold a Master's Degree you must provide the certificates for both your Master's and Bachelor's Degree. In addition colour photocopies of both sides must be provided of all certificates 5. Declaration from your educational institution confirming the authenticity of your educational documents (not necessary if you have a Danish education). Educational documents (including transcripts) from Pakistan must be verified by The Higher Education Commission (HEC).
6. Documentation of work experience (statement from previous employer).
7. Documentation of language skills (diplomas, test results and/or statement from previous employer).
8. Documentation (bank statement ) that you can support yourself during your first year in Denmark. You will need to prove that you have sufficient funds at your disposal to the equivalent of Danish start aid (starthjælp) for one year please see the front of the application form for amounts. The Embassy can only verify original bank statements showing your name and address from banks in the UK or Scandinavia. If your bank statement is from a bank, which is not in the UK or Scandinavia, it will be up to the Danish Immigration Service in Copenhagen to decide whether the statement can be accepted. If you provide statements from more than one bank account the transcripts must be carried out on the same day. 8. Non-refundable fee of £161.00 per passport holder. Accompanying family members £161.00 per application (children under 18 included in the application are free of charge). Family members of EU/EEA nationals are free of charge (copy of EU/EEA national's passport and Marriage Certificate required).
Please note that all documents must be original documents. Foreign documents - except those in Swedish, Norwegian, English or German - must be accompanied by an authorised Danish or English translation. Please ensure that you bring all the required documentation for your interview, as failure to do so may delay your application.
