Danish Sticks'n'Sushi opens in Covent Garden

“It’s taken thirteen months of blood, sweat and tears to transform 11 Henrietta Street from dump to darling.” With ambitions to serve some of the best food in town, Sticks’n’Sushi has made its entrance to London’s center.

The restaurant opens its doors to hungry and excited guests on Saturday 9 November at 3 PM.

Sticks'n'Sushi opened  22 March 1994 in Nansensgade 59, as one of the first restaurants in Copenhagen specializing in sushi and yakitoristicks served in modern designed rooms.

The founders were Jens Rahbek Hansen, Thor Andersen and Kim Rahbek Hansen.

Sticks’n’Sushi opened several restaurants in Denmark and one in Wimbledon since then, creating various designs with respect for the local environment and history in all these years, so the local guests get to keep their "own" Sticks'n'Sushi.
